First look at Isabel in “Loft”, plus character details!

July 21st 2011 • by Jess • 2 CommentsGallery Update, Loft

I have a nice little update today, on Isabel’s new movie Loft, and it comes courtesey of Sarah! Belgian magazine Humo has an ‘on the set’ feature on Loft in it’s newest issue – they had an exclusive look behind the scenes of the movie, with new photos, and apparently, cast interviews too. Sarah has sent us a scan of a photo of Isabel in the magazine, giving us our very first look at Izzy in this movie! As you can see, Isabel is looking very glamourous in the still, and is sporting sleek blonde hair. She looks gorgeous, and I am eager to see more of the white dress/top she is wearing … not to mention the film itself. We didn’t get any photos of Isabel on the set of this movie, so we are spoiled to be seeing the first still so soon.

The scan has a little bit of text by the side of it, which says that Isabel plays the role that Marie Vinck did in the original film. It also has a quote from Isabel, which, if translation.babylon.com translates correctly, says something along these lines: “I know that it’s ridiculous, but I desperately need to work hard, even as a dead body.” Which makes it sound like Isabel will be playing the girl they find dead in the loft. I’m sure we’ll get further details on Isabel’s character in time. Have any of our visitors seen the original film, Loft (from 2008)? If so, can you tell us more about this character?

You can find the accompanying article (not the full one from the magazine though, I don’t think) here, although you will need Google Translator/Babelfish if you don’t speak Dutch. I don’t think there is mention of Isabel in it. You can find more articles about Loft at their website here, here, and here.

A very big thanks again goes to Sarah for her much appreciated contribution. I really love hearing from Izzy fans around the world :)
